Shoes, Shoes & Shoes

Shoes have always been one of the top priorities for women on their shopping/wish lists.  Shoes can be perfect only when they complement the dress that we are wearing.  Shoes play a significant role right from our childhood; be it in Cinderella where the beautiful glass shoe unites Cinderella with her prince charming or the stunning pair of ruby pumps worn by Dorothy in the Munchkin land from Wizard of Oz.

I categorized my shoes into three different types: Cheap, moderate and expensive.
Cheap shoes can be considered as one (ok may be few times) time use. They use the low/cheap quality of material and are easily torn or ripped. Cheap shoes come in different styles and are very economical. You can find different kinds of Flip-flops like colored, striped, glitter, graphics, embellished and platform flip-flops.  I personally have huge collection of them.

Moderate shoes are considered as office wear or ‘regular wear’ and work-out shoes. They are pretty affordable. The quality is better and they last long. I have mostly pumps and sandals (tie ups, elastic, adjustable.. etc) with minimal heals. I prefer black and beige colors because they go with most of the outfits.
The expensive one’s that I consider are my party shoes/ evening wear.  They are really expensive that sometimes I feel like I am spending too much money on my feet. But again, when I wear them I feel like they are the perfect and most comfortable shoes and worth every penny spent. My party shoes are of really high pointed heals, and when I wear them I obviously want to be comfortable walking, sitting or dancing in them.
Oh well, I love all my shoes without any discrimination as long as they complete and compliment my look :)

Once upon a time there was a perfect pair of jeans..

Did you ever dreamt of that perfect pair of jeans that compliments your figure?
I have always craved for the perfect fit that I have always wanted. Sometimes I just wish that even if I could get the pair of jeans that fitted flawlessly for the girls in ‘The sisterhood of the Traveling pants’. I just loved the movie. But hey! you just have to keep looking for the pair of pants that you’ll fall in love with.

A pair of best fitted jeans is must for every girl/ women.  Although jeans shopping is not so easy!  It is very difficult to find that exact jeans that fits your body curves perfectly.  There is often a misconception that branded jeans fit you well. But I don’t completely agree with it. Branded jeans may work for some and may not for others. It completely depends on the body we have and what exactly we are looking in the jeans. I don’t mind spending money on expensive pants but only if they fit me exactly the way I wanted.
I was once in love with my jeans that I found at a very reasonably price and was not branded, but I just knew that these are the jeans I was looking for!! It’s a slim-fit pant also called skinny jeans. They are very tight and it was like a second skin to me. It fitted me perfectly and flattered my curves.  I loved it!
Sadly those jeans didn’t last very long. They recently got ripped in the nether region after a lot of wear. I miss those jeans.
And so, the hunt starts all over again….

Have you found your perfect fit yet? share it with me if you have any stories of you and your jeans.
