This outfit is all about colors. Simple sky blue netted lehanga with some exotic borders and a plain parrot green netted duppatta with a single gold shade border. The highlight of the outfit is the patchwork blouse. This blouse is made from all the leftover borders that were used in this lehanga and dupatta. Now how cool is that...?

Description of the outfit:  Rustic orange jacquard cotton silk fabric stitched into block pleated skirt/ langa, adding blue and gold color combinations of borders and patches. Fabric of the blouse is brocade (with mango's weaved in golden thread/ zari thread ) highlighted with golden borders and a stone patch.

Adding the scallop lace at the bottom, tassels to the drawstring, and obviously the western touch to the blouse by its "halter neck" made this whole outfit outstanding.

This beautiful shade blended yellow marble chiffon saree/sari can be worn for any occasion. Be it for traditional rituals or as a casual evening party wear!! Contrasting borders to it are deep purple brocade and pink and dark green strips of raw silk with a hint of gold. Pallu/ kongu part is embedded with white pearls and stones and medium sized patches are stitched all over the saree. The blouse to this saree can either be pink or green as both the colors go very well with the yellow.

Description of the dress: White netted fabric with hand work of self roses and pearls.  Machine embroidered Motifs on each sleeve with red studded stones for the highlights, and the body with red velvet fabric which adds on as a border to the dress and sleeves as well.

Beautiful pastel shades of pink kalil's net with total circumference of 8 meters. Combination to the pink is the sky blue velvet border of 5 inches with the highlights of half inch silver border. Hand work with silver zari in kairi shapes and stone embellishments on the yoke part made the dress royal.

I consider this as one of my best works till date.  The flare of the lehanga is about 9 meteres with the cut work velvet borders and gold gota border. This is a perfect "royal princess" look for any girl.

Yellows and golds are all time favorites in Indian ethnic wear. This parikini holds a very special place in heart as this is my first creation.  All thanks to my client who had an immense faith in me. All it needs is a touch of zardosi on dupatta.
